Before I switched to Protection 1, I was happy with my local alarm company. Everything was satisfactory, I suppose. But when I saw what P1 could do for my family, to be honest, I was floored! I mean, the service is great, and the cameras – oh my god, they’re wonderful.
All the camera options stood out to me at first. They make me more comfortable. It’s just easier to keep tabs on things. Is the dog running wild? Is there someone around my home? How are the kids? It’s all right there and I don’t have to feel neurotic or over-anxious about “checking” on things. I just like to know my family is safe!
One other thing I have to say as well: I was quite impressed with the customer service. Every time I call, a person actually answers the phone, I don’t have to bother with a machine. It sounds simple, but that type of thing is so rare these days! In fact, just the other day I called to get something quick done, like adding a number to my keypad, and it only took a few seconds. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck on hold with other companies waiting forever for things just like that. So that’s really made a difference: I called, and within seconds I was done!
