Stacy Greenberg’s Safety Secrets: Why I Switched to Protection 1

Before I switched to Protection 1, I was happy with my local alarm company. Everything was satisfactory, I suppose. But when I saw what P1 could do for my family, to be honest, I was floored! I mean, the service is great, and the cameras – oh my god, they’re wonderful.

How are the kids? It’s all right there and I don’t have to feel neurotic or over-anxious about “checking” on things. I just like to know my family is safe!

One other thing I have to say as well: I was quite impressed with the customer service. Every time I call, a person actually answers the phone, I don’t have to bother with a machine. It sounds simple, but that type of thing is so rare these days! In fact, just the other day I called to get something quick done, like adding a number to my keypad, and it only took a few seconds. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck on hold with other companies waiting forever for things just like that. So that’s really made a difference: I called, and within seconds I was done!
