IQPC Call Center Week – Live Coverage

This week IQPC is hosting their 14th annual Call Center Week which is located in Las Vegas!

Last year’s Call Center Week was the largest in its event history. Over 1,500 customer-focused executives came together to discuss executing innovation in a multi-channel environment.

During this gathering of professionals, IQPC hosts the Call Center Week Excellence Awards. The Call Center Excellence Awards honor, recognize and promote the most innovative call center solutions and individuals over the past year. With awards given in eight categories, they are dedicated to recognizing superior thinking, creativity and execution across the full spectrum of call center functions.

Protection 1 was made a finalist in two categories for the 2013 IQPC’s Call Center Week Excellence Awards!
