One of the top ways to get hired at a Protection 1 Call Center is by attending one of our recruiting events. We currently host two different types – Open Houses and Speed Interviewing Events. Each one is a little different, but serve the same purpose: to introduce candidates to Protection 1 while learning as much as we can about them. To better prepare our event attendees, we will be offering some first-hand perspective from our employees who attended these events. First up is Customer Service Rep Britnee Tate, who attended an open house at our Wichita Call Center earlier this year. Here is what she had to say:
Prior to coming to Protection 1, I had learned through one of their current employees that it was an awesome place to work. I applied, then was invited to one of their Open Houses. As an applicant at any business, there is always nervousness about the interviewing process, the work place, and what to expect coming on as an employee. I was put at such ease attending the Open House. I was given a tour of the building, I got to meet several employees, learn more about Protection 1, and I was able to interview with several departments in the same room! When I was given the opportunity to work at Protection 1, I was able to make my decision to accept with peace of mind, knowing the atmosphere I was going into after my experience with the Open House!
