I had the pleasure of working with the Protection 1 staff in the past few days.Not only was the setting up of an appointment easy but my specific time requests were honored to the minute.
Frank F. called me about an hour before he arrived and his arrival was at the precise moment agreed upon. Once here, he corrected the issue in minutes (which involved the necessity of an on-site call) but also checked the entire system and even made an adjustment to the “sound” system which really was an improvement.
The staff in the home office just made it happen, both via instruction, then by identifying the need for a service person and by keeping me posted via e-mail of every part of the process. I have already told a friend how satisfied I am.
