One area of the recruiting and hiring process that we pay special attention to is the interviewing experience. We want our candidates to go through a unique interviewing process to reinforce our brand and our promise as a company. Some key qualities of the process include personalization, timeliness and closed-loop feedback. You may recognize these qualities in our world-class customer service, as well. Here is how we make the interviewing process at P1 one the candidate will remember.

  • Personalization – The candidate is known to the front desk representative by name. (S)he receives a bottle of water and P1 reading material to peruse during the wait.
  • Timeliness – The candidate is promptly escorted through each phase of the interviewing process, which should take no more than 30 – 45 minutes.
  • Closed-Loop Communication – The candidate receives a confirmation e-mail immediately after the interview is scheduled and a feedback e-mail within 24 hours of the interview.
