Child Safety & Protection Month

When people think of November, they often think of Thanksgiving and time spent with family and friends. But November has more than Thanksgiving – this month is also Child Safety & Protection Month, an entire month dedicated to making sure your child’s surroundings are secure and safe!

At Protection 1, we know that you spend every day keeping your child safe. We want to help you out any way we can, so we’ve compiled some safety ideas – for example, making sure your water heater is set to a safe temperature will greatly reduce the likelihood of scald burns in your family members. We then created some shareable graphics that can be seen here. Read the five tips provided here, and add your own in the comments! We’d love to hear your secrets to making sure your home is safe and secure for kids of all ages.

If you have a favorite tip here, share it on the social media platform of your choice to make sure that your friends and family are informed too. Finally, make sure to follow us for future safety tips and ideas, and let us know in the comments what safety tips you’d like to hear more of!
