5 Questions with… Danielle Stone

Welcome to another edition of the “5 Questions with...” series here on Home Security Matters. In honor of Administrative Professionals Day, I’m interviewing administrative professionals from across P1 Nation. Next up is Danielle Stone, branch admin in Connecticut and the winner of the President’s Circle award for top branch administrator in 2014 (stay tuned for an entirely new post on the topic of President’s Circle). Here’s what Danielle had to say:

1. What is your favorite part about Protection 1?
That we are one, a giant team from coast to coast working together to reach the top. And if that wasn’t enough, I love the interactions we are able to have with coworkers AND management. When I think of Corporate America, I think of skyscraper buildings, and thousands of people you don’t even know. Over 9 years, I have actually shaken hands with so many individuals from call center to CEO. That’s not something you hear of often and I believe that sets Protection 1 apart from so many other companies.

2. What advice do you have for anyone thinking about applying for a career at Protection 1?
Aside from [my answer to #1], be prepared to learn, grow and engage. No matter what position you are in, you have the ability to make an impact. When you invest in your company – they invest in you.

3. What makes the culture at the Connectict branch stand out?
The people behind it. Having teammates that share the same passion to deliver excellence to both clients and coworkers.

4. What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?
That I normally don’t have any coffee/caffeine in my system.  It’s natural energy J

5. What is your favorite sports team to cheer for?
New York Giants (NFL)

Thanks, Danielle! And just like we did for Lena, I interviewed Tony Ciancio, the general manager in Connecticut. Here’s what he had to say about his superstar branch admin:

I can honestly say that Danielle is engaged on making the Connecticut branch a top performer. She actively assists other team members, not only in our branch but other branches as well. She believes the success of the branch and the company are everyone’s responsibility. I could not ask for a better partner to assure we are successful as a branch and individually.  She brings with her daily a great attitude and positive energy. And if any other region calls to recruit her they will have to deal with me!

To Danielle, and all of the awesome admins we have at P1, thank you for all of your hard work to make sure that Protection 1 is a great place to be – I hope you have an awesome day!

Stay tuned for more interviews!
